Zone 6, LLC ("Zone6 Hosting") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its customers to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that material hosted on our network infringes your copyright, please submit a written DMCA notice to our designated agent containing all of the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are covered by a single notification)
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the URL where the material appears)
- Your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf
2. Designated DMCA Agent

3. Our Response Process
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the account holder that the material has been removed and the reason why
- Provide the account holder with an opportunity to submit a counter-notice
4. Counter-Notice
If you believe material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our designated agent containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Wyoming, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed material.
5. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Zone6 Hosting has adopted a policy of terminating accounts of customers who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
6. Misrepresentation
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Please ensure your DMCA notice is accurate and made in good faith.
